The goal of CPD Detectives Unit is to ensure the identification and prosecution of those individuals determined to have committed crime in our city.

This complimentary service is available by appointment only. Detectives will meet with you at your home or business and conduct an indoor and outdoor inspection of the premises. We will then offer cost effective suggestions to reduce your chances of becoming a victim.

This free service will have graffiti removed from your property at no cost to you. It is important to remove graffiti promptly as it is a deterrent to those committing this unsightly crime.
Owner Applied Number (OAN)
This is a number that is specific to you, applied by you, on your personal property. This number is issued by a state agency and is entered into a state-wide database that helps law enforcement identify the owners of stolen property. This OAN is essential in ensuring that if your property is recovered, you will get it back!
