Details: On February 22, 2019 at 5:32 PM, Officers responded to a report of shots fired in the area of the 1800 block of Bainum Avenue. Upon arrival Officers began to investigate and located several shell casings laying in the roadway. While conducting the investigation, officers received information that a 16 year old victim had been shot once in the upper thigh. Officers responded to the victim's location and EMS transported the juvenile for treatment of a non-life threatening injury.
